Reseller Program
Purchase
select graphic collections and printables
from my
Reseller Graphics section then
sell them on your own website or auction site!
Tater Patch Graphics will not limit the number of times you may sell the
graphics or what price you charge for them.
Each set will be sold as a reseller set a limited number of times.
You will need to follow these terms:
You must provide a clickable link to www.taterpatchgraphics.com on
all
pages/listings where
you sell my collections and/or printables. If you have an artist's
credit page, you will need to post a clickable link there as well.
I will provide you with an "Authorized Reseller" button to display on
your website.
You may not put a "Copyright - Your Name" mark on any
of my collections or any other mark that implies you own rights to the
graphics.
You may sell them only on your own website or auctions.
You may not create new collections by re-coloring or altering the
graphics and/or printables in any way.
You may not make black &
white outlines from any graphics.
You may not mix and match
collections or add to/take away from any collection or printable.
You
may not use them to create web sets, web trinkets, scrapbook items,
auction templates, printables, patterns, SVG or cutter files, banners,
avatars, rubber stamps or any other item.
They
must be sold exactly as you receive them from me.
I will
provide you with a screenshot that you must use for your product
picture. You may not alter it in any way.
You may not use the graphics and/or printables for any type of graphic
club or any type of subscription club. They
may not be sold in
your own reseller club/program (this means
you may not sell them to
other people for them to resell).
The people you sell them to may not
alter them in any way.
They must follow the same terms of
use as if they purchased them from me.
You will be provided with a copy of my
terms of use to post on your
website (it must be posted on pages where my graphics are sold).
You must provide the name of your current website or auction site where
you will be selling the graphics.
If you do not comply with all of these terms, I
reserve the right to revoke your reseller status and you will be
required to remove all of my graphics from your website or auction site.
No refunds will be given.
I retain the copyright on all graphics and
reserve the right to use them in my business.
Current Terms of Use can always be found on my
website, www.taterpatchgraphics.com. It is your responsibility to make
sure you keep up with the most current terms of use as clarifications
may be added and/or changes made at any time without notice.
