Ordering Information To order, simply add the item of your choice to your shopping cart using the "add to cart" buttons located next to each item. View your cart at any time by using the "view cart" button located on the left side of every page. When you are finished shopping, use the "checkout" button inside the shopping cart to pay securely through Paypal.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted as well as paypal transfers from your bank account or existing paypal balance. You do not have to open an account with paypal in order to make a payment through paypal. If you wish to pay by mail, I do accept money orders. Just use the shopping cart to enter your order and choose the "money order" option during checkout. This will send me notification of your order so that I will know to watch for a mail payment.
Graphic orders are usually filled within 24 hours. They are sent by download or by email in a zipped file. You will need a zip program to unzip the file. If you don't have a zip program, you can download a free trial of one at www.winzip.com. To be sure you receive your order, please add these addresses to your email address book..... "delivery@yousendit.com" and "tracistaterpatch@comcast.net" The download links will expire after 14 days and, due to file sharing abuse, are good for one download only. If you have trouble with your download, please let me know. If you would like to have your graphic order put on a disk and shipped to you, an additional charge of $2.50 will apply. This is a flat fee, regardless of the number of graphics you buy. In other words, you will only be charged for one CD per order no matter how many different graphics are on that order. CD orders are shipped within 2 business days by USPS parcel post. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Due to the product nature, NO refunds will be given.
