Commercial License My graphics and printables are intended for
your personal use or your own personal business use. There is a one-time fee for the license and it's price depends on what kind of products you intend to make. If you only plan to make one kind of item (only printed items, only digital printables, only web graphics, etc.), only the license fee for that type of product applies. If you intend to make
multiple kinds of products (printed items, digital printables and/or
web graphics - in any combination), only the highest price
license fee applies. You do not need to purchase multiple
licenses. As a Commercial User, you will receive a link in my Commercial Users area (free advertising!). Here are the terms and prices of the license: With all licenses, I require that you provide a credit link back to me if you are selling your products on the internet. This link must appear on every page of your website where you have used my graphics and must be clickable to http://www.taterpatchgraphics.com Printing/Sewing License With the Printing/Sewing License, you will only be allowed to use my graphics to make a tangible product. This means you must actually print or sew/stitch your product before you sell it, whether online or offline. Sewing includes embroidery, appliqué embroidery, wool felt, needle punch and rug hooking. This license does not cover digital embroidery or sewing patterns! If you use my graphics to make any sort of pattern that you plan to sell, you will need to purchase my Digital Embroidery/Pattern Making License (below).
Digital Embroidery/Pattern Making License You may use my graphics for digital embroidery patterns or sewing/stitching patterns as long as you plan to sell the pattern yourself. You may not sell my graphics as graphics through any website or program that offers to turn it into any sort of pattern, digitized or otherwise. The cost for the Digital Embroidery License is $25.00, UNLESS you are making your own patterns for your own exclusive use to make finished crafts to sell. If you are ONLY selling the finished crafts, you can purchase the Printing/Sewing License ($10.00) above. Printables License You may use my single graphics and graphic collections to make your own printables to sell in digital format as long as proper credit (see above) is given for the graphics and/or templates. Printables are defined as an original item you created and will sell to your customer in a ready-to-print format. You may not simply add text or other images to one of my graphics/printables and call the resulting image your own. The cost for the Printables License is $25.00. If you hold the Printables License, you may also make printed/sewn items to sell without having to purchase the Printing/Sewing License. You may also make embroidery/sewing patterns without having to purchase that license separately.
Web Designer's License You may use my single graphics or graphic collections to make websets, banners, logos, web trinkets, signature tags, blinkies, auction templates and email stationery with the Web Designer's License as long as proper credit (see above) is given. The cost for the Web Designer's License is $40.00. If you hold the Web Designer's License, you may also make printed/sewn items, embroidery/sewing patterns and/or graphic printables without having to purchase those license's separately. Please remember......with all Licenses, you are required to give the proper credit link. None of the licenses allow you to resell my graphics, either individually or in any collection of any sort, whether online or offline. You must create a product of your own, using the graphic only as part of the product. You may not make changes to any graphic and call the changed image your own. Under no circumstances may you use my graphics to mass produce items for the gift industry. No sharing your graphics, please. I reserve the right to revoke your commercial license at any time, without a refund, if you do not abide by these terms.
